Initial assessment

An in depth physiotherapy assessment, including an evaluation to diagnose and identify abnormalities. We will then look to treat with a variety of hands on therapy techniques and create a personalised treatment plan dependent on goals set. Typically including the below:

      • Patient History 
      • Observation & Posture Analysis 
      • Range of Motion (ROM) & Strength Testing 
      • Special Tests 
      • Palpation & Hands-On Assessment
      • Functional Movement Assessment 
      • Diagnosis & Treatment Plan 

This thorough approach ensures effective, evidence-based care to help patients recover, prevent injury, and optimise performance.

Follow up appointments

Sometimes a follow up appointment is needed but this is always discussed on your initial assessment in line with your goals from coming to see us. If this is the case, follow up appointments will consist of reassessment and treatment, both hands on and exercise to achieve peak performance.
